Geoff my take is and I'm not trying to hype BUT I don't think cleaning up the paper is a negative. They reward themselves with about 10MM more shares and I don't think that is too bad of a self induced bonus. If they were ultimately shareholder friendly and not a bunch of greed mongers (IMO..lol!) then they would have given us a .25 conversion or even less since they can receive a dividend. TRUST ME, they took care of themselves again, so whats new, its all part of the smoke, the mirrors, and the BB game. I don't think that this is even a 1 year wait. Either they have the stuff at the Santiago or they don't. We should soon know.
