Geoff, not saying they lost it at all but did indeed get Class A for the 14.4 MM they held, plus an additional 1.5MM class A. For a total of 5799840 class A give or take a few which eventually would give them a total of 23188360 of Medinah common given they never sell any common once converted... p.s. Has anyone seen this filing with the SEC ????????
