Sure, some will buy the Pentium II but most all consumers only know "MHZ" and price. Just a couple months ago there were NO Celerons now there will be 4 or 5...taking up shelf space where Pentium IIs used to be. The Celeron could be as much competition for the Pentium II as the K6 complex. It's just a simple numbers game. Jim
