First... I am not a technical dude.

IMO, Meeting was positive (long term) for the following reasons:

By "relationships" I understood testing/audits.

1) a - PWAV is chasing business. They have "relationships" with a bunch (around 7) OEM manufacturers stateside, including Nortel, Bellsouth,
Motorola (tough to Crack). Ericsson was also mentioned.
b - They also have "relationships" with siemens and another german co.
c - They are also considering GPM options so as to enter European markets .

2) Business takes time to develop and the companies they sell to in general don't like them to announce contracts for 6 months to a year.

3) They will issue lawsuit response this afternoon. (Why waste their breath even adressing this)

4) Korean Sales could get worse in the next quarter or two. However the pres. emphasised that they are not losing market share but getting
delays in delivery of orders.

They also mentioned that part of their strategy is to get OEM's to consider outsourcing to PWAV.

IMO Long term (and I mean long-term) this seems like a good investment.

I hope this has been of some help to you.

I'm actually thinking of doubling up, but this market don't seem to good.
