do you think any contract news can help the stock given the actual cost structure and given that the market doesn't reward the co' for its big steps with GTE ? isn't the licensing problem underestimated (or actually is it the reason the stock is so low)?

If you go back to the April 13 time-frame when the GTE announcement came out, ORCTF actually gained around 7 pts in a matter of days. The licensing isn't necessarily a problem. Orckit and TXN have to agree on terms and that takes time. I doubt it has any affect on the stock. I would guess the forward pricing issue is keeping it low. Since I haven't held until now, I don't know how it trades on a daily basis. However, I don't see a lot of downside from here, barring events in the market unrelated to the company.
