Thanks for your prompt reply. I assume then that the financing is going through.

Other than halting trading, the VSE doesn't do very much. I have another stock also currently halted; Kensington Resources. Looks like a good month.

All of my trading up until last month has been on U.S. exchanges. Being a Canadian, somehow I have a better feel for the U.S. market. Probably because it's a lot easier to do research on American Companies than it is on Canadian. I decided, since I've been a life long insomniac, that if I was to stay up nights I might as well have a good reason to. I diversified into junior Canadian mining stocks along with a couple of "safer" ones. You know the kind, the ones that actually make money.
