He has kept his word so far as far as the phone conversations go. He said 4 million share would be canceled soon and soon after they were. There is still alot of promises he has to come through on but if he does, the payoff will be tremendous. We do need cold hard facts in order for this stock to go up, but he has said that the financials will be out sometime in September. This is one of the big things i'm counting on. I think he is just lining up a bunch of big news in order to get the stock price up. This is total speculation that this will happen but look at what we have to look for in the near future if he does come through: Financials (He has stated they are in the black) Results from Sea Eye Project FDA Approval of EKG Machine (if FDA doesn't delay it) Possibly a contract or two for the EKG Machine pending FDA Approval 4 million more shares to be canceled Will this all happen remains to be seen. I'm betting it does though. If it does, we will see the cold hard facts and the price of the stock will reflect this. You just have to ask yourself is it worth the risk. To me, it is. And as of right now, I trust Tilton enough to stick around. Later, Steve
