My My RUT is holding 400 (399.07 low and now back over 400). AND HVAR is at 16X17. UP 30.77%!!!! The last time we had a move up like this we went to .61. This time? It looks like we could go through 30 anyway. I would think by FRI if the RUT continues up. Watch the Japan news FRI that could be critical for continuation of the RALLY!!
