ATTENTION! I think we are seeing some of the fundamental problems associated with growth in a model of technology and the lack of adoption as a progression of customer (FP) types, associated buying habits and markets. In a tornado of change and the need for adaptability in an ever-increasing vortex of information and technology.
Geoffrey Moore has written an excellent book entitled: Inside the Tornado: Marketing Strategies from Silicon Valley's Cutting Edge. If you have not read it, get it and if you work for StarTronix, I would be on the phone with Mr. Moore's office tomorrow. Bay Networks, Intel, HP, Netscape, etc, etc have all payrolled Mr. Moore.
I think we can all learn something from this guy, and I sure hope that after viewing this web site, someone will be able to transcend the egos of the corporate culture at StarTronix and get this canoe uprighted with some premium consultation. If you are going to eat with the big dogs, it's time for a bigger dish.
