Hank,

I cashed out of mine on June 30. I got my wife out of hers back in March. (except for a 2 day test of the waters). My reasoning was that I suspected the market was going into a very wide trading range and would be essentially sideways over several months while waiting for the long bond yield to get its butt under 5.5%. In the meantime I figured that while in a sideways state, there would be plenty of room for negative developments that could cause a few "mushy" areas. It seemed logical to put most of the money to work in a bond fund while all that occurred. So far all I can see is that the market just stepped in a mushy spot.
