If you read the most recent 8K, which Zorro posted, it describes a request for "Post Petition Financing" before confirmation of the "Plan". Objections to this request must be made in writing to the Judge, and other legal representatives listed in the 8K, by August 18, 1998. The final hearing for this request is scheduled for August 25, 1998, at which time, if there were no written objections, the request will be granted. We all need to object to this request, in writing,and all other requests that will be submitted by CAI. Our objections should ask for denial, unless common stock shareholders are given consideration.
