Has anybody discussed this strange program, Back Orifice?

Normally I don't go for rumors, but I SAW this program downloaded this morning at the U. of Texas. I use windows '95 at work when I have to & I was wondering if this might become a problem?

Also, this message on one of the news boards this morning from nobody I know:
"Tuesday, August 4th, 2:07 PM EDT
Back Orifice released
An anonymous reader downloaded the infamous Windows super-hack, Back Orifice, and had this to share about his tests of the tool:
I downloaded BO this morning. I then propogated the Server to a test machine. I ran the GUI on my machine and was able to do all sorts of nasty things to the test machine, including grabbing keystrokes and password information from the server. You can add/delete directories, copy files from your machine to the server machine and add/delete files. And all sorts of network shennaigans like redirecting TCP/IP traffic and finding out what else is on the network.
In other words, the hype is real. This is one potent and extremely dangerous program, and I don't see MS coming out with a fix anyime soon. It only works on Windows 9x computers. "

I'm only asking because it was on CNN this morning- but no release on the news wires yet.
