I just want to make it clear who I am addressing for the record. TMEX has made many false statements and false personal accusations and I feel it should be clear for the future record who I am addressing. Under the Tokyojoes-cafe arrangement, picks were to be made by a DD committee. The picks were to meet certain criteria and TMEX was entrusted to represent that to the members and the public threads. However, he took advantage of this trust and evidently pumped and dumped many stocks out of his portfolio. I think in this case it needs to be clear that I am not addressing the former Tokyojoe's Cafe committee, but Mr. Park personally. But, I appreciate your concern. To a degree it is important for me to defend my reputation against the false representations and malicious attacks Mr. Park started both on these public threads and in personal e-mails that many of the members have forwarded to me. I suspect that the forum for this matter may soon move to the courts, but I welcome that and it is important for historical purposes to be clear who I am referring to.
