Well Cindy, I am not an expert in this area but there is another stock
trading under the symbol "NVID" which had similar claims as MLSC.
They said they had a product microsafe which looks like a replica
of MDI-P. There is a thread on that company if you are interested

Subject 5573.

I leave it to you about the authenticity of NVID and microsafe.

You are right that the product looks too simplisitic and it is not
appropriate to draw conclusion about its effectiveness from its
simplicity. But its simplicity would urge anybody to investigate it
more thoroughly. I never intended to discourage you. What I am
just saying is that it needs more research? In fact it needs more
research even though MDI-P may be whatever? My experience with
penny stocks has been bitter and I want to be very careful every
time I invest in them.

Now about the time frame. It is mentioned in their investor's packet.
Here is the excerpt

Medical Discoveries is negotiating with Baylor college of dentistry to
complete a 510K submission to the FDA for the commercial use of MDI-P as a sterilant for dental, medical and veterinary instruments. Once
arrangements have been finalized, completion is estimated to take
between six and nine months with full-scale commercialization efforts
to follow.

From the above you can see a time frame of at least nine months to a
year from now(considering it takes three months to file 510k). I don't
know what you think is SOON? I would say a year would be pretty soon.

What I intend to do is find out more about the antimicrobial capabilities of ozone and chlorine and their side-effects. There
must be research papers around to discuss their effectiveness as antimicrobial if they are really antimicrobial agents. In fact
someone should ask their investor's relation for some research
publications related to MDI-P or related to their products.

Also the money they have been spending on research ($850,000 something anually) is too less. I wonder how are they managing it.

Here are some of the recnt reports filed by the company with SEC so far.

If I were you I won't just jump in with whatever we know about this
company. There is still plenty of time to do homework on this.
BTW are you a broker?

Good Luck
