Jewel, I am really glad that you were able to get your questions answered and that you shared them with the BB. I assume that since DCI has buyback rights on the shares being issued that it would be immediately apparent to DCI if that group wanted to sell and explains why Murphy can be so sure that the group isn't selling. Was this your take on this?

There were several times in the past where I was concerned about some issue with DCI and I always kept hammering away until I felt I had gotten to the bottom of that issue. In each case to date, I have always felt better about my investment in DCTC and this remains the primary reason that I am still here today. I believe that once you have been through this a few times, the trust in management increases enough to where you aren't quite as concerned about what appear to be critical issues to someone that has not been through that process. One thing is for sure, when the chips are down, it is your own DD that makes the most difference in how you feel about your investment. This BB is a useful exchange and a way to introduce some new investors to DCI, but it cannot really serve as true DD. To those with concerns, I would suggest that you address them through DD, chances are good that you will learn some really great things about what you own.

James
