I noticed a pattern developing in that both KEA and CHRZ are buying companies that are not in the Year 2000 business or least not directly involved . For example CHRZ is buying RPM Consulting and Kea is buying ICOM .

Since the markets hate pure play year 2000 companies or anything that hints of it maybe CHRZ is trying to distance themselves from this ?

Also Oracle has a Year 2000 product .
