Hmmmmmm, Jim go back to the original 13g filing by Whyteberg and then research the sales proceedures of 13 registration and then the amount of how many shares can be sold as to the amount of shares issued and out standing. Also, go back to the filing dates of these securities and compare the issued and out standing , at the time, and I think that 1231912 Ontario and Overseas Communications should have completed a registration or at least a 5% 13G and if there is any affiliation between the two company's then at least a 16B. I am wondering why there is nothing filed out there except 144 registration filings to sell or exercise options. Options are covered as ownership and added to the issued and outstanding shares upon filing by the company.
I will ask around to a few attorney friends to see if I am accurate. Jim also is there any updated list from the CC holders to see how many are remaining or left unsold to date.
