Good read Ben - SUN is a IBM workstation competitor - AT & T ? Would't a SUN/IBM combo reduce competition and schedule IBM for some Wash DC DOJ/FTC meetings at absolutely the wrong time ? Just guessing here but former IBMer Armstrong knows how to THIMK about "his" and AT & T's future if his TCI deal falls short . AT & T's NCR is not a SUN competitor , SGI is cheaper , but this is all musing . Regards, Jim K.
