Getgo,

IMO it is not prudent for a company to buyback their company shares with borrowed money no matter how good the deal is.

Now as far as Symbios is concerned they could have sold shares to buy the symbios company and they did not do it. We were not privy to the details of the agreement but either way LSI chose not to issue new stock and dilute current issues or swap stock to do the acquisition.
