djane/MR C, (or should I say Mr President) No one can say they have V.90 down. This spec is supposed to be so far reaching that all modems will be able to play well together. It will never happen. You can only get so much out of an analog line and only so much interoperability between multiple vendors. 56k modems were a great idea but the technology of today is slowly making the last great stride in analog connectivity obsolete before they figure out how to make it work across the board. The discussions on this thread are awesome but trying to figure out who is number one, two and three is like saying Atlanta is better than the Yankees because they are in the National League and the Yankees wouldn't be as good if their pitchers had to bat ???? (Whoa, where am I going with this.......) Philly714 (Notice I didn't mention the Phillies in the same sentence as the Yankees and Braves)
