"Asensio has never eaten my money. I jumped into the SOLVEX deal way after he began his media blitzes concerning the company. And like you I thought he was a dirty rotten scoundral. The only one I have to blame is me for not seeing the larger picture concerning SOLVEX. "

The Northern Miner did an article on Solvex long before Assensio ever did that clearly showed what a scam it was.
CCSI has FDA approval and is nothing but an insider dumping story with "the deal" never being done, but still around the corner, grossly inflated estimates of product sales potential and a company that in the 1996 annual report conveniently neglected to mention that it was to operate "as a going concern". The auditing firm resigned in disgust.
In both cases Assensio made many more attacks on the company and not just the product.
When I got the phone call yesterday that TRBD had crashed, read the Assensio report and saw he was attacking the technology, I quickly picked up a small position (long) at a cheap price.

I have followed him for more than a year. IMO this release was different than his usual, not as libelous and very carefully worded.
He neglected to mention some key things about TRBD, such as the revenue from the Baja Lights Division and the fact that this was a Canadian company until just last week. The requirements are different than in the US for issuance of shares etc.

These are just my observations and I thank him for the opportunity to get back in at under 7.00.
Lonnie.
