The Scam
or
Half the Time

Asensio could care less how anything goes.
It works like this.
Pick a fifty fifty situation, like the approval of a drug.
Start yelling FRAUD loudly and preying upon the investors who panic. When you are sleek and fat and well fed, skulk back to your lair and wait for the next uncertain situation to appear. Shoot the occasional fish, this helps make you look good. The key to making money is preying upon uncertain situations, not in being trustworthy.

A variation of this theme is used by criminals on the telephone. Get a list of people, it helps if they are proven suckers (ie. ICVI shareholders). Tell half of them one thing, the other half the opposite. When events transpire, throw out the list on which you were wrong. Take the other list, divide it in two, tell half the suckers one thing....

Asensio is not the CSJ, nor is Asensio the FDA. The NDA before the FDA shows that Manuel Asensio is as unreliable as ever, just feeding on uncertainty, as usual. If you think investors in this company can't see a Kaplan, you are totally wrong. Do you think it matters what she says. I really do like the part about skipping Graystone, it gives those readers who have identified her, in spite of her protests, someone to read. As I said, I consider it a vote of confidence when it comes from a poster like Kaplan
