Now that you have made your position clear. If I got you wrong, I apologize. I was misled to the assumption that you are being fired. (post 1708). In addition, all your previous posts about the META 6000 production schedule are wrong and unreal. When I tried to contact you by phone and email late last year about the progress of META 6000 (obviously at that time the project was abandoned), I never got any response from you. THe investors were put in the dark all these time. I think you could have done a better job either returning phone calls or posting here to let people know about what's going on. However, if you were given orders from the management to shut up, that will be another story.
Now, I would like to get back to the patent issue. So far, I know that a patent has been awarded to IMS. Whether it is related to M6000 or not, it is still the property of IMS and owned by the shareholders. Now the management board has secretly made the decision to sell it without the consent of the shareholders. How does that translate to in legal terms if the board are found guilty?
