Summary of Mike J.'s posts including the list of 12 reasons he referred to from WHL post-interesting reading:

Hello . I have been lurking and laughing with this cast of characters on this thread for a long time. You obviously see the extremes here from Doc Meade to Ancil, and sandwiched in between a KMT and a WHL and many more. I may become a full member soon, but for now I just want to tell you my history with MDIN.I am a member ofan investment group who meet regularly to discuss stocks. We came across MDIN over 1.5 years ago. As part of our due dil. we actually contacted a members brother who lives in Chile. For all this time he really has been our closest link. He is retired, so has plenty of time to snoop. Since I am only allowerd 3 messages, I will come back to be specific. MDIN is definitely alive and well . On the contrary , DAY is having their problems. As you know DAY and MDIN are adjacent. We bought between .09 and .46. Will return with specifics , Mike J.

Hello again to all . I am sorry I did not return sooner. I am afraid my response is going to be a disappointment to you. My intentions were to relate all of the information and research my group has done since we invested in MDIN and also our pre investment work. I was going to post last night but I was advised not to do so until our group can meet and discuss what we feel we can disclose. Honestly, I think this was the right decision, especially after reviewing the feuding etc. that occurred yesterday. We are not sure what our parameters are and we certainly don't want to get in any sort of trouble. Its unfortunate because we have some very interesting research that would be helpful to you.. I can tell you this. Pay very close attention to Vince and KMT. Dr. Meade seems committed to the stock, but as yet has not posted any thing that Vince and KMT have not already posted, although Meade did make a reference sometime ago about knowing some people actually in Chile. The most telling post came from WHL when he listed about 12 or so reasons to be interested in MDIN. (Here are the 12 reasons)
1. TA shows strength and support are increasing- first in $.20's, then $.30's, now $.40's.

2. Two major acquistions complete- $34MM worth of properties-now moving to partner/production stage on these properties, while continuing to scout for futher aquisitions

3. Small free-trading float (according to transfer agent, restricted share count & company insider holdings- as represented by management)

4. Short squeeze appears likely with any significant advance in price. Belief in short position based upon company statements and trading history.

5. Acquistion by or partnership with major possible in near term(juniors are often acquired during periods of low gold prices- MDIN management has stated that it would prefer a partnership arrangement)

6. Worldwide gold market appears to have turned the corner

7. Strong management team IMO- including alliances with very knowledgeable mining sources inside Chile

8. Many investors are involved at much higher levels and will not sell before recouping their original investment

9. Catan vein is a bonanza vein with multiple glory holes anticipated
Cost of production will be low and returns will be available to finance company expansion (and to service existing obligations)

10. MDIN's track record in court will hopefully be as good as NPEC's. (1 win, 0 losses, 1 undecided).

11. Dayton needs MDIN properties near Dayton's property to lower its costs of production (currently at $250/oz and hurting profitability).

12. Two placer properties (Carin & Ponenge) in Chile have indicated reserves of 170 million cu. meters at 1.5 gm/cu. meter.

There's an even dozen reasons. I could give you a few more, but it is necessary to RTW (return to work)."

Those items were all fact. I will return after our discussion about posting on SI with the result of our interaction. With the DAY event, we just feel it inadvisable to voice at this point. Also we must be careful in dissemination for fear of doing the wrong thing. MDIN posts made us aware of "hype" issues. We want no problems. I hope you can understand. I will keep lurking. Mike

Hello again to all. Our group met last night ( yes, in this heat ) and we went over all of our work on MDIN to decide what we could / should/ ought to post on this thread. Basically, we believe most of our research and due diligence , we can share. Fortunately for us, the events that have occurred in reference to the MDIN vs. DAY issue, have been brought to light . We wanted to definitely stay away from relating our ideas concerning that issue, prior to them coming public ! Our "legal-eagle" is putting together a list of statements, resulting from our efforts, that I am sure you will be very pleased with. I will post them no later than Friday at noon. We all agreed last night that it would be perfectly appropriate to state simply : Hold on very close to your shares as MDIN has a very big brother that is both behind and with them now on "all" of their "projects" . Later,Mike

Mr. Goodin, as the resident attorney on this thread, I am going through you to all of the thread. We have re- thought our intention to expose our information in this type of forum for two prime reasons and one of less meaning. The least important reason is that whatever information we share, there are just too many bashers on this board who will twist everything we share. It would be different if the bashers have done research on this company, but its apparent, most have not. The two main reasons that we will not, and should not post are No. 1, we are protecting ourselves from any possible accusation from " inside information", as has been mentioned on this board . No. 2 , is that the timing of events recently in Chile concerning MDIN and other orginizations. We believe that the events will be coming from the company during next three weeks as these events unfold. I am ,again ,very sorry that I can not be more explicit. We believe though, that all MDIN shareholders hold on to those shares tightly. If the company continues its present course, as we fully expect it will, you will have no need to wait for our research , as everything will have already fallen into place and have been reported to you by MDIN. Our "OPINION" is you will be delighted. Mike

Handshake, I think your "trial member" in your prior posts points to me, as you also mentioned me as a "trial member" in an earlier post. You said "..... Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm They feed us a carrot,(via the trial members) and what do we do but bite a chunk off." I can understand your frustration and most probably anger towards me. I certainly understand your feelings. Because our group made a collective decision not to share our due diligence on SI, please do not infer ,we are anything but shareholders , such as yourself. I think I explained our decision fully.I have received many private messages for request for information and regrettably cannot respond to them either. We would have rethought our stance, however, as I had indicated the last time, timing of sequential events proved to us , that there would be no need to express our opinion as news should be forthcoming from management this week. (continue to next post )...

...continuing... We believe, as indicated in an earlier post today , by Cosmos, that MDIN will need at least 3 press releases to get out the events that are occuring as we speak. Do not look at share count negativetly. You will like what is occurring. Geological results will be very good." Interaction " is the key ! This of course is only our group's opinion, no more ,no less. We are holding on tightly to our shares. Another "tease", I know. Sorry. Mike

About that "stew " recipe, I mentioned. Here are the ingredients. In equal amounts : MDIN, NPEC, NEM. Then add alot of " green stuff " and a "pattern" to the bowl. Mix for 1 week , then put out bulletin to your friends that it is complete and ready to be deliciously devoured. Good appetite, Mike

Spellcheck : Re: "pattern" incorrect. Should have been " patent "

The confusion over the numbers should be resolved by the next press release. It is important to remember that , sometimes getting from A to C, makes it necessary to pass through B. B is this share allocation. It was a " requirement" for issues to flow more easily to C. The stew is cooking well and all of the ingredients are coming together to create "one" great meal. It is important to say, that not only will MDIN guests enjoy the meal, but NPEC guests will enjoy it equally as much.
