Hi David, No I am not a broker...and would never be. I feel too much for people when they lose. I hope I am not blamed for starting this thread if MLSC doesn't make it. I have been following NVID and I feel so very sorry for those who have lost on this one. It sounded so peachy. It is kind of a standing joke getting incorporated in Delaware. You can get it done through the mail for a couple of hundred dollars. This is one of the reasons NVID sounded scammy to me and I didn't bite on that one. I have, however, invested in MLSC (not alot, so que sera sera), and I am hoping that everything will be alright. My take on the reason they have been able to stay afloat on such a small amount of cash is that they have had a dedicated and believing team and a very small office space. This is what impressed me. I didn't see the pump and dump scenario, and I was kind of impressed with their unwavering and bold confidence that they would bring their products to market. I really do think they are going to succeed. To tell you truth, I also see some logic in their MDI-P. Thanks for showing some interest and doing some due dilly on this. I want to know the truth too, and if nothing else, MLSC is an interesting one to follow. I haven't had alot of time to get through my packet and fully comprehend everything. I am going to try and digest the information and then I will post more info...

Did you get hurt by NVID? I am bitter with penny stocks too. I think in most cases they stink. But there is a greater reward so I try to find good ones and play just a portion of my portfolio on the highly speculative ones.

Good Luck! And thanks again...Appreciate your knowledge.

Cindy
