This, on the surface, looks like a great pick. Many new directions for the company with a vast array of products. I'm in...

The $64,000 question is the bankruptcy settlement. Usually shares are issued in these situations (but the write-up said a clean slate, is that possible?), and since the company doesn't (or didn't based on the bankruptcy status) have any cash, how many shares are being issued for the acquisitions? But I really like the company in this range.
