sounds about like the movie. i guess there are stories behind everything.

as a side note on this lawsuit crap...get lerach. if i as a shareholder am going to get screwed on a settlement, i want it done by the best.
stein may not be that great a guy, but we dont know the details and suing the company is like shooting yourself in the foot.
