Well Mr. Greg Ronan, what I have said is completely correct. It seems that some of the Phoenix Office employees don't completely understand all aspects of the claiming process and have been offering misleading and untrue advice. They have not done so intentionally but none the less they don't completely know what they have been talking about. It is my understanding that as a result of recent call and complaints, all of the employees who deal with the public will be given additional training to make sure they are aware of claiming procedures.

I don't however think that this is hilarious because it is my tax dollars who pay these peoples salaries and they are probably making more money than I do. I do however think that you are hilarious and I worry about your capabilities to properly accomplish due diligence on you stock investments.
