NoName: In 1986, I notice R. Ney on the LA local business channel. I watched him several days a week. (I was day trading in those days.) I eventually gave his newsletter a try.

I became a convert to the Ney theory early in 87. I started working on a TA indicator that would mirror his ticker tape (big block) finds. After months of work, I had refined it enough, it gave a sell signal weeks before the crash.

Of course, I was listening to Ney on the local LA business channel several days a week. In addition, I subscribed to his news letter at the time.

Now, I have continued to refine it. In part because the tax laws changed and that was part of the formula. I combine it with the Ney style of big block trade signals and traditional TA. It has worked well for me. I will not change.

Now having said all that: I have told people and family for years, about the market manipulation and the gentleman "Richard Ney" who turned me on to it. (See my profile.) For the most part my family moves their money to safety when I tell them. I do not make it a habit of giving investment advice, outside of the family!

In the early nineties, I reverted to just investing, as that was very successful for me in this long bull market. Only of late have I returned to day trading!

I have tired of defending the position with the normal investor or trader. Not just worth my time!

Regards,
LG
