Granted this issue will probably not be resolved before August 12th, I do not think that it is something current or future shareholders should just "forget about." My point is that the lawsuit had nothing to do with the SEC investigation. But now that you mention it, let's talk about it. Where did you hear that the suit was filed because of 19 million shares. By the way, adding 19 million shares would not "essentially" double the float. The suit that MTEI has filed against JC and others is about allegations of shares being sold without Jack Ulseton's authorization given to the registrar. But we all know that the registrar would never issue shares without proper authorization. Cliff
