Another front running scam being born ,,very before our eyes,, I bet this writer sent the ems to all the so called dogs of SI ,, asked me to join,, I sent him an EM ,,give me the details,, for indeed I have bought before others on occassions before I pumped it ,, but I could not sleep well..

In case you haven't heard from me or of me, I am Luciano Racco, my newsletter is the Penny Stock Investment Club. You should all have been in touch with either me or DJSLOVAK about this proposal, if you have not I apologize.
If you have not spoken to me recently you are not aware of the change in plans. Instead of forcing everyone in our alliance to recommend each others picks as previous planned I have modified it (basically because our previous plan could be considered illegal, and we want to avoid as many legal complications as possible). The new plan is this: A kind of open market system. Before any of us recommends a stock we issue the stock name (and if possible some information about it) and everyone in our alliance looks over the stock and decides if they are also going to recommend it. No one outside of us will know about this. Then we all announce it on the same day, or close to it. That way we get maximum momentum on our picks. It is basically the same thing as before, only it is every clubs choice on which stocks to recommend. Again this alliance is confidential relate none of this to anyone.
I have been trying to contact TokyoMexx, but he is in Europe, and when he returns I will have left for Bermuda. He is the only club owner who has not responded (out of those who were given the proposal.), this is because he has not heard about it yet. I have sent him an e-mail hopefully he will have responded when I get back, on the 14th. I will be here all this week, and I would really like to test out our system this week. I will be issuing coverage on a new stock probably on Wednesday, and I will let you all know what it is either Monday night, or Tuesday morning, that way we can see if our alliance will have any effect. If any of you want to use any of your stocks for the test run, that is fine. Just write down the addresses of the people being given this e-mail, and please add my address, LRacco@aol.com, and DJSLOVAK@aol.com. If Tokyo joins we will add him as well, but for now that is it.
What would be helpful is if you guys explained your clubs to everyone else. Like if you are day traders or what not, and what your membership is approximately. I'll go first.
I have a fairly small club, around 300 people, but they are energetic, and I seem to have many people outside of my club who also read my newsletters. I issue a daily newsletter, which covers the day's developments in stocks we cover, and any other issues that pop up.
There is a wide mixture of day and evening traders, but most of my members work during the day. I issue updates at around 6:00-7:00 p.m. est, every night. I never release updates or information in the morning, as I too am at work.
There are several committees which do most of the leg work, i.e. research, voting on new stocks, finding new stocks, and getting rid of old ones.
