Agree with you here. If you read some of those SEC Administrative Proceedings, most appear to be similar to a settlement w/ any other gov't agency (i.e., new financial statements issued, cease & desist from rule breaking, etc.). Based on this it would appear to me that IF MTEI can not substantiate the $200MM claim, they will have to issue a retraction and a more accurate estimate. Yes, this will effect shareholder value. But consider this - a more substiated estimate (while possibly not at the $200MM level) may warrant a much greater share price than the current $0.18 price. Yes, based on what has been said on this thread, this hinges on getting the MM to sign the form.
