Not only are these guys arrogant, they are clueless.
From PWAV's press release:
"It is unfortunate that this lawsuit could potentially distract management's time and the company's resources while we are continuing to pursue our long-term strategy of customer diversification as well as maintaining our investments in new amplifier technology."

Why on earth would someone utter something that brings up this next question?
So what quarter do you think they will post charges for defending the lawsuit, now?

If I was the opposing lawyer, I would take this as an abrasive statement. Especially, when they have stubby legs to stand on, ie; filing 144s to sell, not passing on the Korean postponements, and didn't they say they were going to buy back shares too in December....

I was looking at buying on this dip because of possible LU contracts, but now this becomes a hot potato good for short term trading only instead of holding, IMO.
