**** My Opinion Of The Current ****

The lawsuit though not directly related to the suspension by the SEC gives you something to think about, and it makes you think that Jack Usleton basically misunderstood was deceived or flat out lied to by the defendants. Given the past history of those defendants I will side with MTEI.... for now.

I don't think they will have to much of a problem getting a MM to file and quote MTEI. I say this only after the fact that MTEI proves the assets.

If they do then here you have a stock put under the microscope by the SEC and a stock that gets some huge coverage
(for a BB stock) mentioned by CNBC, WSJ and basically by the SEC.

If you ask the majority of the OTC:BB companies;
"Would you like to be put under the spotlight by the SEC to prove your assets stated in prior PR's and thus if proved be perceived as being stronger then ever in the eyes of the investors?"

How many would say yes?? Not all, not even 75%.

If I was a legit company trading on the OTC:BB I would say a resounding "YES" to that question. MTEI if true and on the up-and-up could not ask for a better situation.

And remember the SEC did not accuse or say that MTEI did anything wrong.

They simply want proof, and that is what we all want.
