I put my own model together and the arca acquisition put it over the top next quarter. I've been doing this long enough to know that I shouldn't often trust someone else's model. If anyone is worried about cash, etc., I also think the company cashflowed positive in the month of June. I agree that companies with management's that do not inspire holders fall further in downdrafts, and incite panic selling like we saw today. That has no bearing on the value of the company.
