They will have to go to court to accomplish this I believe.
We know Ad-HaTTeRs is making a profit. How much? Where
is the money being spent? I would assume on the "deals gone
bad". Money was paid out. Stock was given out. We lost on
both cases. This my fellow investors is fact. It can all be proved.
I think this new plan can be fought. I think investors need to
come together and petition management to lay all the cards out
on the table and vote on it. We need to know exactly what
CSMA management are planning to do and when. We need an
independent council to be appointed to settle this whole mess.
HK Elrod has just recently sold some stock! Then, less than a week
later, they put out a RS (kiss of death) news release. That is
selling on insider knowledge! I think that is a big red flag that the
SEC needs to see! JMO
I am willing to sink another $25k into this deal but I want to pick
and choose what deal I'm willing to accept. I put over $50k into
this company. You can bet your butt I'm going to be around a
while. Law suit, SEC investigation, whatever. I won't go away.
IMO the membership of this thread can force management into
full disclosure or give them the boot!

The reverse IS planned BEFORE the 3 seperate companies are
formed. 50,000 shares will be 10,000. Then when the companies
are formed (if, if, if) you will receive 10,000 of each.

The news release said there will be 5,162,187 shares that will be
outstanding after the RS. (BTW, this won't come close to getting
any of these companies listed.) So there must be 25,810,935
currently outstanding. (the LPS deal must not be canceled yet)
The Aug. 22 stockholders meeting has been canceled.
