I need expert help. Does anyone know what a "filtered" trade is?

I placed an order to get out of my position, and tried to cancel it to up my asking price ( I was being a pig). When I was trying to cancel, the Schwab screen came back saying I couldn't cancel - my order was already filled. Now I went to check out my HUGE (yeah, right) profits and it turns out I was not filled. There is a trade 10 minutes later that fits my description and it was called FILTERED (I thought initially it may have been an out of sequence order or something).

Can anyone help a chick who's down on her luck???

Christine
