Barriers to entry:

Cmg has created that. So much money is floating around for internet ventures that money has become less important than complimentary synergies cmg can create. Quoting an investee "management guidance, vital introductions and cumulative knowledge gleaned from various portfolio companies...."

Cmg will get its hands on best innovative ideas that money alone will not be able to buy. Yes, cmg has created barriers to entry in that regard.
