I was the person who asked the very first question and I am still a little concerned about Robert selling the additional 7 million shares out into the market....I understand that he had to raise money to pay for the hardware/software upgrades...So that is fine. He did mention that if they get the $3,000,000 private placement, he would not have to sell the 7 million shares...It sounds as if they have the private placement. On the other hand Robert Gordon has put in $10,000,000 dollars of his own money (how much do you think he is worth?). Without him doing this originally, the company would have gone bankrupt and we would all (stockholders) be really upset. I believe him. This stock is going to fly. At the end of '98, we will have a stock between $3-6. That is at least a ten bagger. He did a similar thing with Phoenix when he was in control...I am holding... His point about the value of Compact Connection Vs. CDNow and N2K is correct. They are worth $200-300 Million more and are earning less revenue and are more in debt. TV commercials and the internet do not directly relate to sales, yet. They are different audiences. Plus the competition does not have the other revenue sources to keep them profitable. TSIG may be the only one besides Amazon to be left standing in two years. If you sell now and try to join back in at the end of the month, you will most likely miss the boat. There are suppose to be three announcements this month that will raise the share price.
