Robert,

Yes as far as I can see they knew this before you even heard the first
news release. When AAG did their thing with VSY, VSY wanted to get out
there and tell the world what was going on. AAG was, well should we say
a little displeased with what VSY did and that was to get out there and
tell the world. AAG from my own personal observations is a really conservative
company. They don't want anyone to know what is going on until they have
a firm control on the situation. Ducks in a row, I dotted and T's crossed.
Vsy forced them to make a release before they wanted to, so that is why
you got this huge price increase in the stock when Stockhouse featured
them and naturally I bought in. Never heard of them until Stockhouse
did a thing on them. So now people like me got in before it time and
some people here at AAG feel bad that we paid such a high price before
our time. I own both and I am hoping to increase my position by 4000 share
soon in both companies. I'm just waiting for a few details to work out
on my end to do the deal. I feel that anyone that has a minimum of
6000 shares that by March will be able to buy a new house and pay cash
for it if they want too. So that is my take on the situation. I have
spent a lot of hours of the phone with these folks and have the phone
bills to prove it and I am confident that this is a solid winner with
both companies.

Hope and I'm sure you feel the same.

Ron
