Joe, I believe that NITE was left sitting at 1.969 from yesterday, so perhaps he will move on off if buying comes in. It didn't look today to me like any of the MM's had any inventory to move at the levels we traded today. We should know more tomorrow, since it looks like we have a pretty good shot of moving back into the $2 level. I have a good feeling that the numbers Murphy is probably juggling when he talks to the companies that have an interest in us that they are considerably higher. (G)

One other bit of info that I thought I would add to those that are interested. I called our Transfer agent and found out that through 8/4/98, we only had 21,105,032 shares outstanding. The number of shares at the end game is guessed to be about 34 million, which includes shares for Locus, conversions etc. and sounds reasonable to me at this time. If we assume that the TimeWorldCom deal comes together as expected and reach the 151 million + level, this company on 34 million shares would be running $4.44/share in revenues!!! SMTK by way of comparison only ran $3.27/share for 97, so we have now passed them up in both total revenues and revenues per share. (G) If this overhead dries up for an extended period, I believe that we will all be amazed at where our stock stabilizes. (G)
