LionHeart and thread, regarding valuation If the filing MM requires an audited balance sheet to satisfy himself about the true condition of the company, there may be a severe valuation problem. Balance sheets record assets at the lower of cost or market value. You may be looking at a book value of less than a penny for MTEI. The fact that millions in revenue may in the future flow from these assets does not impact current book value. Al
