Add CSMA to the list of companies trying to "enhance shareholder value" by doing a reverse. And of course, they had no intention of doing a reverse, but find it necessary , yada, yada, yada. CEO SOLD stock in advance of the reverse. Filed a complaint to the SEC on that little action. Probably won't do any good. TG
