i continue to stress caution and would use this rally (i think it's coming) to sell into the rally. stressing safety over profits, i would reevaluate the overall mkt with cash in hand and jump back in, if necessary. this decline has really beaten all expectations (to the downside).. has caught everyone by surprise. cash is buying power.
