Hi Ron,

I'm comforted by your views on devaluation; especially after a long weekend of financial columnists claiming that it is just a matter of 'when'. I am still concerned about the strength of their dividend in the face of present difficulties. Their financial strength and dividend are tremendous attractions and I was wondering if you had any insight about what to expect.

Finally, assuming that their non-operations dollars are US$ then they may be in a position to expand through acquisition and I was wondering if you had heard anything along these lines. It is probably too early in the game to expect this but I'm hoping the management is open to the possibility when the time comes.
