MTEI : SI's Rudest Thread or In spite of what eric contends Thomas White came onto this thread and explained exactly how assets are valued. The only disagreement he received was from deaver, who did not agree with him. This happened before the halt. The assets you have purchased (and I would suggest a long hard look at the relationships between Uselton and the sellers) will turn out to be worth what you paid for them. They will be booked at the price you paid for them, and will be worth no more in actuality. This is my opinion and has been all along. So the question becomes Why ICVI ? If Uselton is clean, why did he move on the dirtiest shell he could find. I think he was after the shareholders list myself. I can post a link to Mr, White and deaver's conversation if anyone is interested.
