As we have discussed, the company obtained financing within the last months. I don't recall the figures or details exactly. It allowed them to retire other threatening indebtedness. The new financing gave them sufficient funds to last sometime into next year. How long is dependent on how successful they are in developing revenue. Reports on this BB is that there has been a limited amount of cash flow increase from one of their new deals. The effect on overall financing not known. Given their momentum in bringing their product to market, one would surmise that they would be able to obtain new financing, assuming they are on the verge of marketing success. But that must remain an open issue. The possible merger in mid year with Voice-It, if consumated, could involve new financing and share distribution. Steve
