OK, back in august 1997 I bought some shares in a company called Optimark Data Services for 15 cents. It had a brief runup to 60 cents, because a few people were hypeing it, and then it retracted to 20 to 40 cent range. Up and Down.
Back in August I did call the CEO a few times, Chuck Broes, to find out what the future held. All few bashers came, that caused a little panic, so many did bail. I didn't. Many more people who were worried, started to post things that basically are "What ifs"
So here is Chuck Broes, being insulted almost daily (Just like Tilton)
Everyone is speculating that this ODS, that has never made a profit, will go bankrupt by Christmas.
Arguments happened to the thread, I disregarded them for the most part.
Someone went so far as to phone up the SEC and the VSE and yelled at them that they were idiots blaw blah blaa.
All the while. chuck, who had been hired to re organize ODS into a profitable company, kept quiet about what he was doing, let the insults slide off the back, and was more than happy to sit with me when I paid him a visit in Florida.
So what did Chuck Do? Well, long story short.
He formed one private company called American Enterprise services. He took over the helm of Optimark. Then he took over the helm of National Diagnostics.
Now National Diagnostics was also a health industry company, that also was not making a profit.
He first turned around NADT (national diagnostics) and he will be using that company to reverse merge American Enterprise Services(which by the way had already bought a private company, and just recently exchanged its shares in another health company, for a division of that company). The merger will be completed in September.
After that merger is complete and the AES is now actively trading on the Nasdaq, and TSE (not otc bb) AES will be buying out optimark for $1 canadian to be exchanged for shares in the new AES. AES IPO will be $10 U.S. Share holders will be guaranteed the $10 price per share for 30 days, which means if we choose to sell in 30 days, after the exchange, we are assured of $10 U.S. for each share.
SOunds good so far.
Guess what, Chuck made NADT profitable last quarter, for the first time ever.
Guess what, Chuck made ODS profitable for the first time ever last quarter, to the tune of 3 cents profit per share.
Gues what, AES, is on the verge of being a hugely profitable health care infomatics company.
Guess what. Chuck was much more difficult to get information out of than Tilton is.

The whole point is that those that bailed in December, could have been part of this. It is very hard to buy shares of ODS right now. No one will sell. Once in a while someone sells, obviously needing the cash, but for the most part, no one is selling. Why would they.
Now here is where I tie all this in to TNRG.
I watched Chuck take almost 2 years to put all of this together. He melded 5 businesses together, and now, once it reaches the NASDAQ, there are a whole whack of mutual funds, that will take stock in AES. Aes, is going to have a great winter.
But 8 months ago, the tone of the thread, made it sound like the whole thing was a scam, and that we were all going to lose our money.

TNRG has more going for it now, than ODS.
Those of you that like the company, you waste your time arguing with the naysayers.
Do you think you will change their minds?
A man convinced against his will, is of the same opinion still.
What would be nice, is if a chart was in existence that showed every single otc stock.
in the chart it would have current price, hi low, bid ask, total issued and o/s float, current activities, filings if any, and any other relevant information.
With such a graph, you would soon see how much more TNRG has to offer, than most of the other 6300 OTC stocks. Sure there are other good ones out there. Show me more than 5 under 40 cents.

If you think Tilton is not concerned about the share price, you are wrong. If the share price is higher, obviously acquistions require less shares.
Taki has said TNRG has no money. Tilton has already said, TNRG is now profitable.
If TAKI has information to show differently, he should provide evidence. That is the responsible thing to do. Come on the thread, show the proof. That isn't bashing, it is helping investors.
But blatant smearing of a company name, just because he won't answer you questions the way you want. come on.
I have said that I have been buying shares in this company with the intension to hold for 3 to 5 years. I will ride the stock to the small capp.
Now, should something catastophic happen, I would have to rethink my position. Nothing that has been said in the last 9 months, could be deemed catastrophic.
I do remember stating that everyone should take this quiet time to research China and what it has to offer foreign investment. Sadly, I knew most would not.
The information is out there. I have almost 10 megs of text stored on what I have found. You people could do that too.
I am sorry that some came hoping for a quick pop. I also believe I said that the P and D people had gone so that would not happen. I am also sorry that some people buy on spec, claim to be long, but long reall means 5 months.
If you decide to leave a stock, that is your decision. Why continue to trash those that decide to stay. Why would anyone listen to someone who insults them.
