The story is human and pathetic. Are you suggesting That the company would be in better shape if the founder accepted a role limited to product development? That thousands of worthy people understand that they are not organizers despite having other skills? That a wise Ken would graciously accept his membership in such a group rather than dragging others down? Is that what you think?
