It seems that GLOW has issued about 5MM new shares in the last few weeks. In the June 29th PR, GLOW stated... "A return of 20 million shares to Global Games would reduce Global Games' total outstanding shares to approximately 37 million" 20MM plus 37MM = 57 million... as of June 29, 1998. Now a little over 1 month later, the O/S shares stands at 62 million. It would seem that GLOW has NOT reduced but increased the O/S by about 5 million shares (9%)! When and to whom, were those 5 million new shares issued? I've e-mailed GaryB about this and will post a response as soon as I get one. Peace Riccardo P.S. Just doing DD!
